The Permanent Records online web-store checkout feature is currently for US mailorder customers only. Chicago area customers should email us with any hold requests in order to avoid paying any shipping fees. Hold requests need to be picked up at the shop within one week.
International customers should email purchase requests as the web-store currently calculates US shipping only. To get an idea of International shipping rates check out the USPS Postage Price Calculator. Here are some different formats with weights to help you ESTIMATE an international shipping quote:
LPs + mailer = 1lb 4oz (single LP only)
7"s/45s + mailer = 6oz (single 7" only)
CDs + mailer = 5oz (single CD in plastic jewel case only)
Please note that this is only a tool to help you get a rough estimate of the cost to ship International packages. International customers should email us order requests for an exact total + shipping. Also keep in mind that a small fee of $1 to $2 USD will be added for mailer and handling.
Important: When sending us an email for a price quote, please include your full name, shipping address, and phone number so we can get you an exact total that includes shipping charges.
